AZSIC City Affiliation Form
There are more than 3000 (2018 est) Zambian students in China and the number keeps increasing every year. Moreover, these students are spread all over the cities of China which makes it hard for the Embassy and the association to manage student's affairs and guarantee their well being. It is for this reason that the Association of Zambian Students in China calls upon students from the cities without any AZSIC city executive committee or AZSIC representative to come on board and Affliate with the Association.
Currently, there more than 20 Cities around China who have affiliated with AZSIC inluding;

6. Chongqing
7. Hainan Haikou
8. Chengdu
9. Dalian
10. Xinyu
11. Jiujiang
12. Baoding
13. Huanghi
14. Jinan
15. Jilin
16. Xuzhou
17. Jilin
18. Xi'an
19. Jinzhou
20. Jinhua
21. Baise
Qualifications for Affiliation:
1. Must have a willing or appointed or elected city representative
2. Must pay 100RMB affiliation fees every year
3. Must provide work plans and reports every semester
4. Must be willing to obey they AZSIC constitution
Advantages of affiliating your a city committee with AZSIC:
1. Will be given formal permission to organize and manage student affairs in that city
2. Will have the privilage to publish activities and events through the AZSIC platforms including; Website, facebooks page, wechat page and wechat groups.
3. City members will have the privilage to receive first hand information from the Embassy and Association.
4. City members will have the privilage to take part in various activities organized by the association at National Level
5. Will receive guidance and training on how to manage the committee and student affairs.
6. Will receive a recommendation certifcate after term of office
