项目的定义:为获得一个产品、服务或成果而设立的有开始和结束的临时任务。Definition:A temporary endeavor with start andfinish undertaken to create a unique product, service or result.项目的五个特征 Five features of a project: 1, 有明确的起始时间 Clear start finish line. 2, 有明确的预期结果 Clear final result. 3, 需要一群人共同完成 Need group efforts. 4, 需要较清晰的流程 With Clear processes. 5, 在有限资源范围内 Within limited resource.
