2.项目进度 Project Timeline

A.卓越 Excellent实际达成里程碑日期早于计划日期；按照timeline完成相应工作。Always finish the milestone earlier than schedule, never delayed the timeline.

B.优秀 Satisfied实际达成里程碑日期等于计划日期；按照timeline完成相应工作。Can be matched the timeline milestone.

C.良好 Good由于项目组的原因，导致延迟交付1次，且实际达成里程碑日期较部门项目计划时间延迟≦10%。Have one time of delay in delivery, but no later than ten percent of scheduled time, which caused by project team cooperation.

D.一般 Fair由于项目组的原因，导致延迟交付2次，或延迟一次但交付日期10%。Have two times of delay in delivery, or a delay out of ten percent of scheduled time, which caused by project team cooperation.

E.差 Poor由于项目组自身的原因，导致延迟交付3次及以上。Due to project team cooperation, have more than 3 times of delay in delivery.
