个人学习整体情况的调查表-20190326

为了让老师了解个人的学习进展以及做题的总结反馈。请大家花上几分钟完成本次问卷调查。由于问卷较长,建议大家用电脑版进行填写。

填写规则:是请填“Y”, 否分三种情况:如你加入了学习小组选否请填N, 如因当时还没加入学习小组选否请填O, 课程还没开始导致选否请填-”为了区分开大家选否的原因,因此做了些细化:1. 比如有些同学是3月后加入学习小组的,因此错过了某些章节.没有参加分享与讨论都填:“O”,但是可能自己把书看完了,习题也做了。因此有些对应项目是填”Y“2. 比如某些同学虽然加入了小组时相关课程已经进行中了,但是她/他没有参加分享,也没有参加讨论,那就填:N,但是她静静地看完书,那就填”Y”3. 比如4月份的课还没开始,你没看完书,很正常, 就选:-;但有些同学已经走在前面了,书看完了也有可能填Y“哦~注意:3月28号后的课程是目前暂定时间,后期有可能根据情况适当调整,需要提醒的是,我们将在4月下旬到5月中旬每周两节分享课(统一安排在周二晚上和周六上午)争取5月18号前完成全部课程的分享,以留下充足的时间备考,请大家做好充份准备,加油!
