Dear Parents：
We would like to extend our invitation for the upcoming PTA evening on April 16th to April 25th 17:00pm~7:00pm. All parents are invited to meet with your class teachers. We will arrange 10 minutes meetings with you to discuss your child’s learning progress at school.Please complete the survey below by April 7th (Sunday) Thank you.
亲爱的家长：
您好！为了让您能更了解孩子在园的生活学习情况，我们将在这学期举行老师与家长面对面的座谈。为了确保座谈活动的顺利举行，我们需要您在4月7日（星期天）前完成以下问卷的填写，以便我们统计人数，确定当天能出席的家长，谢谢您！
Date/日期： 4/16 - 4/25（各班具体时间，请以班级老师的通知为准。）
Time/时间：17:00-19:00（10 minutes approx. per student每位面谈约十分钟）
Place/地点：Classroom 各班教室
Attendee/面谈人员：家长、班级中教和外教
备注：
1. 每个家庭最多两名家长参加（不带孩子）。
2. 老师将依照班级参与人数安排座谈时间，确切时间将另行通知。由于迟到将影响所有家长权益，届时请家长务必准时。如迟到，将会挪至当天最后一位进行面谈；若请假或未参加都不再另行安排。
