In the beginning of 2019, Luye Life Sciences Group Management Principles was released to help unify management perspectives and culture, provide transparent standards for management behaviors, and increase management efficiency. 
Now, the 2019 Management Behavior Evaluation & Feedback kicks off with the aim to encourage the practice of and self-reflection against Luye Management Principles of senior managers.
