Section I: Evaluation of ES team

In order to improve our performance afterwards, please specify your comments/suggestion if you choose " Unsatisfactory " or " Poor ".

1. ES team function and responsibility are clear to you.

2. Cabin/System plan is transparent.

3. System quality can fulfil your request and the troubleshooting of the defective system can be done in a reasonable time.

4. How do you evaluate the R&D test cabin environments, e.g. facilities, network?

5. How do you evaluate the quality of system assembly and DHR management?

6. R&D Materials are managed in a good condition and you can get correct information from R&D warehouse in time.

7. Materials logistic(deliver, import/export) is smooth and promptly.

8. Is AMS a helpful tool that support you in Purchase/Fixed assets management/Warehouse management?

9. Is TCM a helpful tool that support you in booking systems&cabins/test planning?
