2015中建西部建设新疆公司中层管理人员2(下级对上级)考核表

    为全面准确、客观公正地评价分公司各级管理人员2015年的工作业绩,按照2015年经济工作会议上对各单位提出的要求,以360度绩效考核方法为原则,现对分公司各级管理人员进行全面考核。

注意事项:

1、考核人为填表人姓名,本次考核为匿名考核,不对外公布考核人信息,只做统计使用。

2、每张考核表只能对一位被考核人进行考核,提交后刷新本页,可对下一位被考核人进行考核。
