选项1:Graphic Match 使用注意事项1——目前很多项目反应在做画面升级时graphic match 工具的可用性不高,为此我测试了该工具的功能。而且认为其可用性挺高的。首先要说它的流程:1,首先应该是shape升级,然后生成shape mapping,该工具支持1个subpicture 升级成1个或2个shape;2, 制作一个模板,包括分辨率,CSS 和 Style;3, 脚本关键字,和参数mapping 可根据需要修改;4,导入画面文件和EB 文件,选择相应的mapping即可完成画面升级;
选项2:保险端子安装注意方向,如果有串联注意熔断电流——保险端子如果需要安装在竖向导轨上,注意保证金属侧朝上,防止保险由于重力因素下掉,接触不良。如果出现保险端子串联情况,如24V湿节点DO输出,24V母排供电保险熔断电流要大于DO输出的保险端子,考虑负载情况。
选项3:新的画面后加到系统中,station点击画面以popup显示——项目新做的SM的画面,加入到原有的双屏系统画面中,菜单选择新的SM画面,以新的窗口弹出来显示,而不是替换原有画面。由于原有系统是双屏,新的画面没有考虑双屏配置,HMI画面的属性内没有写入双屏的配置文件,加画面属性中加入双屏配置文件即可。
选项4:域控制器安装与配置——使用域控制器可以同时对很多台电脑进行账户管理,提高工作效率。
选项5:CSS字体引用——系统开发过程中会用到客户本公司的字体,但对于ttf和otf的字体,浏览器并不一定兼容。例如IE11不兼容otf。所以在引入字体是一定要将两种字体同时引用。
选项6:SCM中特定位置检查条件方法——在SCM中,需要在特定位置检查某一条件,若条件满足则进入HOLD或ABORT,若将此条件放在Involk中,则会导致系统始终在扫描这一条件,可以设置条件为Step.start=3(enable) and condition 1的形式放在Involk中,使其在某一指定步骤检查条件。
选项7:SM系统在使用远程柜的时候,远程柜报警点一定要提前考虑通道及接线——SM系统在使用远程柜的时候,由于类似于SM系统的系统柜,有一对电源及温控和漏地/交换机的系统报警,需要我们在远程卡预留出相应的通道以便组态时在FLD中体现,但大多时候工程师在制定IO表时会忽视这部分系统报警点,由于工厂集成时,会按照默认通道接线,即第一块卡的1~5通道,并且内部报警线长度恰好够以上几个通道,换句话说,如果后期我们在这些通道上分配了第三方元器件,如安全栅或继电器,需要把报警点换其他卡件的其他通道上,通常来说线是不够长的,这就给我们造成了极大的不便。因此,工程师在设计远程机柜时,一定要率先考虑好远程机柜的报警点问题。
选项8:SM系统远程柜卡件与卡槽问题——SM系统在使用远程机架的时候,有时远程卡的数量会很少,例如当作为中控室辅操台接线的时候,只有一对卡,由于远程机柜的特殊硬件排布原因,一对远程IO卡必须放在远程机柜背面上方侧,这样就导致现场接线的时候,这对卡件的 下方没有卡槽而使现场线悬空或无处摆放,也不利于日后的维护和增补,建议在硬件设计时,多顶一个空的卡槽,位于这对卡的下方,这样既方便现场侧走线,又方便日后卡件的增补。若项目成本有限,也需要增加一个接线槽供现场线走线

选项10:rebuild QDB Database——On the problematic node, please follow the below steps to repair the Quick Builder.1. Run command prompt with Administrator privilege and execute below command.MsiExec.exe /I{DB5B4C88-8C4C-4CA3-B771-2C5882884FF8}2. Quick Builder - InstallShield Wizard will appear. Click on Next button to proceed.3. In the next screen select the Repair option. Click on Next button to proceed. 4. In the next screen click on Install button to start repair the program.5. Click on Finish when installation wizard completed.After completing this, check if you are now able to download the points from this flex node.
选项11:可以用一些工具帮助分析降低 peer responder rate——当peer responder rate过高时,我们可以利用Control Builder Export Analysis Toolkit或ERDB Checker帮助分析并利用分析结果进行相应的处理以降低peer responder rate。在仅处理该问题上,个人更倾向使用Control Builder Export Analysis Toolkit,可以比较方便的按照Controler、CM或paremeter进行筛选。
选项12:AI IOP故障引起I/O LINK FAIL——过程:一次FAT时发现系统柜IO LINK 2的B缆报错,检查IO LINK电缆连接、甚至更换IO LINK电缆都不能解决问题。检查:在Monitering画面打开对应IO Link 2的property画面,在IO Link Status中有每块卡件的IO LINK电缆故障统计,发现所有故障都出自一块AI卡。处理:更换IOP后故障消除。
选项13:SM从R13x升级到R14x以上,遇到1A和1B的Gateway不同报警——SM同一块USI只有一个Gateway出口并且在1A。R13x版本的Safety Builder不检测1A和1B的Gateway地址,在确有需要通过Gateway访问子网外设备的情况下会导致通信故障。从R14x开始添加了Gateway一致性检查,导致在R13x平台上的用户程序升级到R14x或以上版本出现Gateway IP地址不同报警修改1B的Gateway IP地址使其和1A相同即可。下面是相关英文描述There is a hardware limitation on the USI module that physically only one gateway is supported.R14x forward is reflective of the actual condition. With Ethernet communication, the network mask defines the number and range of IP addressed nodes in the logical subnet.If the Safety Manager is trying to access a TCP/IP address outside of the local subnet, the message is sent to the gateway to route to the outside destination.So with the USI hardware, the gateway address a message is sent to will always be the gateway address configured to the A port.If you simply had the Safety Manager USI port IP address configured, the Safety Manager would not be able to access an address outside the masked subnet because the Safety Manager is not a router.Therefore you would see no functional change.If you do not want to change the functional behavior after R14x both A B port gateway addresses should be set to the R13x port A gateway address.If you want to allow the Safety Manager to respond to communication initiated outside of the network connected to the A port, you will need to enter the address of a router connected to the subnet, and configured to facilitate that communication.
选项14:SM使用CDA通讯ASSET设置注意事项——SM组态如果使用CDA通讯,建议先在服务器建立ASSET并下装后再进行publish,以免出现太多unassingd点,因为实际发现unassignd的点有一定几率在publish之后不能自动连接ASSET
选项15:Download C300 prompted with error Err 7007 - Connection could not be established to controller——In Factory, when Download C300 Controller in CB, Prompted with Error Err 7007 - Connection could not be established to controller.check step:1. Check Host files which same as Server configuration, like IP address, Server Name.2. Check Subnet Mask is same as between FTE IP address and CB System Preferences.3. Restart Experion PKS Add Static Route (addroute.exe) Server if host files update.4. Check FTE status, can see the controller in FTE status if cannot, follow the latest FTE Recovery procedure reinstall FTE drive in Server.5. Check Controller Firewall firmware is latest. if not, upgrade to latest.6. Only power off and power on C300 Controller, During booting up, it’ll request from Bootp server for Base IP, NTP, and FTE multicast address again. Now, CTools should be able to see C300.7. if Ctools still not able to see C300, Let the CTools is running, restart the “Experion PKS eNap server” service. 8. Now,Ctools should be able to see C300, upgrade FW.Reason will happen different way:1.Host files not upgrade.2. FTE driver have some problem then cannot see Firewall in Firewall firmware upgrade tools.3. The Firewall firmware version is not latest.4.C300 Controller App Ver is ERASE, should re-cycle power of this C300 in order for it to get the correct FTE multicast from Bootp server, then restart the “Experion PKS eNap server” service.
选项16:EPKS R500 不能调用自定义的faceplate——CM中已经定义为自定义的faceplate名字,但是流程图中标准的shape依然调出标准的faceplate.

选项18:OTS-TPR-xxx Triconex点如何实现没有SCADA仍能操作——Tricon memory点,比如Bypass等按钮,由于项目紧急,客户没有提供完整的SCADA,无法操作, 这时候我们可以通过修改离线文件实现在FOD站上完成操作。
