By signing up for the camp program, you have read, understood and agreed to all the term and conditions, as well as the disclaimer. We offer a 80% satisfaction guarantee to all customers. If you are not satisfied after your first class or first day of camp we will offer a 100% full refund for the program; Please contact the camp coordinator during the same day .
A． How to enroll class and complete payment
1. All participants who join the vacation camp program must have their guardians to complete the family and student information in the system.
2. Guardians are responsible to ensure that all family and student information in the system are kept up to date and correct. If there are any emergencies, so we will need to contact you.
3. The guardian shall confirm whether the information of the course is correct (including date, time, place, etc.) If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department before the course begins. 18221236381 (English and Chinese)
4. Your information will not be given to any other organizations or parties without your prior consent (except in the case of medical emergency).
B. Safety and Guardian’s responsibility
1. The safety of participants in all of The Fun Factory programs is of the highest priority. Classes take place with our trained staff and programs are designed with the highest level of safety in mind.
2. The Camp with participation in any sports or physical activity comes a level of risk for the participant. Students and their guardians participating in The Fun Factory Summer programs assume this risk.
3. Guardians have ultimate responsibility for their child’s safety. They must decide if children are in a suitable healthy condition to attend the camp.
4. The Fun Factory accepts no liability for any accidents or injuries sustained by those participating in our Camp or programs. Guardians assume liability for medical fees for their child arising from any injury participating in The Fun Factory Summer Camp. We recommend guardians ensure they have purchased adequate insurance for their children participating in any programs.
5. Participants' guardians will be held responsible for any injuries caused (to themselves or others) by student or guardians actions including any damages to the class facilities or property.
6. Due to the safety and facility requirement ,guardians are not able to accompany students during the camp..
C. Absences
1. Once the Camp start, if student absent for any reason (including illness), there will be no refunds, or make ups will be given.
2. As the lunches are booked and arranged in advance (with a third party) we are unable to recover your fee for lunch.
3. In case a student must stop attending camp due to extended illnesses, please notify The Fun Factory Camp coordinator. With proper medical certification it may be possible cancel and credit the remaining class to your account to be used later.
D. Refund & Credits in account
1. Registration fees are 100% fully refundable if a customer cancels the enrollment not less than 15 days before an activity commences.
2. Registration fees are 80% refundable if a customer cancels the enrollment 14 days or less before an activity commences.
E. Cancellation
1. We reserve the right to cancel the holiday camp and will notify the families in advance and arrange for a refund.
2. We may arrange replacement schedule of the class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness. Weather condition or substitute coach is not available.
F. Photographs and Privacy
1. We reserve the right to take photographs or videos of our classes, programs and activities and the students participating.
2. These photos may be used for promotional or staff training purposes. If you have any objection. Please bring contact us before registration.

A. 如何注册课程并付款

4. 未经您的事先同意，我们不会将您的信息提供给任何其他组织或各方（紧急医疗情况除外）。
B. 安全和监护人的责任
1. 所有“The Fun Factory”项目参与者的安全是重中之重。我们上课的员工都训练有素，并且项目是以最高的安全性设计的。
2. 夏令营中的任何运动或体育活动对参与者来说有一定的风险。参与“The Fun Factory”项目的学生及其监护人愿承担这种风险。
3. 监护人对孩子的安全负有最终责任。他们必须确定儿童是否处于合适的健康状况才能参加夏令营。
4. 对于参加我们夏令营的人员遭受的任何事故或伤害，“The Fun Factory”不承担任何责任。因参加“The Fun Factory”夏令营而受伤的孩子，其监护人承担所引起的医疗费用。我们建议监护人确保他们在参加任何项目前为他们的孩子购买了足够的保险。
5. 由于学员或监护人的行为（对自己或他人）造成的任何伤害，包括对教室设施或财产的损害，学员的监护人应负全责。
6. 由于安全和设施要求，监护人在夏令营期间不能陪同学员。
C. 缺席
1. 一旦夏令营开始后，如果学员因任何原因（包括生病）缺席，我们将不予退款或补偿。
2. 由于午餐已与第三方提前预订并安排，我们将无法退还您的午餐费用。
3. 如果学员因病重而必须中止参加夏令营，请通知“The Fun Factory”的协调员。如果有适当的医疗证明，剩余的课程有可能取消并将其存入您的账户，以备后续使用。
D. 帐户退款和扣除
1. 如果客户在活动开始前至少15天取消注册，则注册费可100％全额退还。
2. 如果客户在活动开始前14天以内取消注册，则注册费可退还80％。
E. 取消
1. 我们保有取消夏令营的权利，并会提前通知学员家庭并安排退款。
2. 由于教员生病、天气恶劣或没有替补教员等不可预见的情况，我们可能会更换课表。
F. 肖像权和隐私
1. 我们保有为我们的课程、项目、活动以及学员照相或录像的权利。
2. 这些照片可能会用于促销或员工培训。如果您有任何异议，请在注册前与我们联系。
