三正三副的正本海运提单，只用其中一份正本可以提货吗？

根据以下规定，如果工厂在截单之后书面提出实际货物发生短装，要修改提单数据  是否可以，我们需要做什么？

According to the provisions of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China, all export goods need to comply with the uniformity of ation rule, the ation includes Export Manifest, Customs declaration and Bill of lading.

We would like to inform you that as of May 2, 2017, for shipment exporting from Ningbo port, we will inform you by email notification if the ations do not comply with each other.

Meanwhile the bill of lading release will be postponed till all the ation are matching.

Please make sure to check and confirm whether you should change the manifest or bill of lading information accordingly.
