When the physical examination items cannot be completed due to personal reasons (for example: preparing for pregnancy, giving up the DR chest X-ray examination during pregnancy), you need to fill in the "Application Form for Voluntary Abandonment of Physical Examination Items 2-SMP-QA-01-058-R05", and the department head and QA lead approved.

Personnel engaged in drug production, inspection, on-site supervision, cleaning, maintenance, and those who need to enter the production operation area and QC inspection personnel must not suffer from infectious diseases, hidden infectious diseases, mental illness, skin diseases, and no wounds on the body surface. No color blindness or color weakness.

Before entering the production area, employees do not need to fill in the Registration Form for Employee Entry into the Production Area [2-SMP-PMC-01-042-R01] to confirm their own hygiene and health status.

Employees should trim their nails in time (the nails cannot hide dirt); wear clothes that are suitable for the work they are engaged in and the air cleanliness level, and change them regularly as required. Other protective equipment must be worn as necessary to avoid injury or product contamination.
