培訓宗旨｜Training Purpose
本劍橋領思實用英語（口語）- 服務業英語會話培訓，針對服務業及酒店場景設計，旨在提升學員的實用英語口語能力、專業服務對話技巧及現場應對能力。透過系統化課程訓練，強化學員日常溝通、接待服務及突發場景英語應對水平。
This Cambridge Linguaskill Practical English (Speaking) for Service Industry is tailor-made for hospitality and service scenarios. It aims to enhance practical oral English skills, professional service conversation techniques and on-site emergency response capabilities. Through systematic training, participants will strengthen their abilities in daily communication, guest reception and situational English application.
課程安排須知｜Training Arrangement
本培訓屬學員必修培訓項目。
This training is compulsory for all students.
由於每班人數設有限額，有關培訓將於二年級學期內分批次安排開展，各批次課程內容均維持一致。
As each class has a maximum quota, the training will be conducted in batches throughout Year 2. The training content will remain identical across all batches.
現開放首批次課程報名。有意優先參與首批培訓之同學，務必確保可達致總課時 80% 或以上出席率，並出席期末考試，方可提交報名申請。
Registration for the first batch of the course is now open. Students who wish to join the first batch may submit their registration application only if they can guarantee an attendance rate of 80% or above of the classes and attend the final examination.
證書頒發｜Certificate：
學員於期末考試中獲取相當於歐洲語言共同參考架構（CEFR）B1 或以上級別之成績，將獲發由英國劍橋考評部簽發之劍橋領思電子證書；及由勞工事務局與澳門專用英語發展及推廣學會聯合簽發之培訓證書。
Participants who achieve a proficiency level of CEFR B1 or above in the final examination will be awarded two certificates: Cambridge Linguaskill E-certificate, and DSAL training certificate.

報名須知｜Enrollment Guidelines:
本次報名僅接受有意參加首批培訓的學員申請。
This registration exercise is only open to student colleagues who intend to join the first batch of training.
報名同學須確認符合 80% 出席要求，並承諾出席期末考試。
Applicants must confirm that you can meet the 80% attendance requirement and commit to sitting for the final examination.
倘若報名人數超出班級限額，將按營運需要篩選錄取名單。
If the number of applicants exceeds the class quota, admission results will be shortlisted based on operational needs.
如報名人數未達開班人數，將會按營運需求安排其他學員補充。
If the number of applicants is insufficient for class commencement, additional participants will be arranged.
獲成功取錄之學員，將會聯繫相關部門協調，安排參與本次培訓。
For successfully admitted students, we will coordinate with deps to arrange your participation in this training.
