外来人员入园须知与安全告知 -- 秦皇岛总装厂Notice for Visitors & Safety Briefing – Qinhuangdao Final‑Assembly Plant

Distinguished visitors:

欢迎来到金风科技秦皇岛总装厂，由于本公司是制造企业，公司有相关安全制度致此相告，给大家带来的不便请谅解：

Welcome to GoldwindQinHuangDao Final Assembly Plant. As a manufacturing enterprise, our company has relevant safety regulations, and we would like to inform you of them. We appreciate your understanding regarding any inconvenience this may cause:

1、进入公司必须遵守公司相关管理制度，爱护厂区环境；

All visitors need to comply with the safety management system and please protect plant environment.

2、进入公司必须佩戴安全帽，穿戴对应马甲，安全帽及马甲由安全员统一发放，出公司时必须交还公司安全员；

Safety helmet and vest must be worn when entering the plant, which will be issued by safety personnel, and need to be returned after leaving.

3、不得在公司和车间任何区域内吸烟，在规定的吸烟室方可吸烟；

Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas.

4、不得在公司活动范围里嬉戏、打闹、攀谈，和公司员工扎堆闲谈；

Without permission, activities outside the authorized area are prohibited.

5、不得在堆场卸货区内或吊车附近休息、闲谈；

Please do not rest or chat in the storage yard unloading area or near cranes.

6、未经相关人员同意不得随意进入总装车间，未经同意不得私自接、排水；

Without safety personnel approval, unauthorized entry into the final assembly workshop as well as water connection or drainage is prohibited.

7、未经库管人员同意不得私自拿用堆场货物或工具物件使用；

Without warehouse management approval, no one may take or use goods or tools from the storage yard.

8、不得私自使用车间所有机械设备和所有工器具；

Unauthorized use of all machinery and tools in the workshop is prohibited.

9、未经相关人员同意不得私自将机动车辆驶入厂区，驶入车辆应符合国家第五阶段气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排放标准；

Unauthorized vehicles have no access to enter the plant, and vehicles must meet the National Stage V Standards for Gas-fueled Ignited Engine and Vehicle Emission.

10、未经工具管理人员或相关管理人员同意不得私自拿用车间工器具或其他物件；如要使用得相关人员同意并经过培训登记后方可使用；

Workshop tools, equipment and other things may only be used after obtaining approval, receiving training, and completing registration.

11、在装卸过程中产生的垃圾或使用后生活垃圾须按本公司垃圾分类相关规定按标示分类回收；

Waste that generated during loading and unloading or post-use household waste must be classified and recycled in accordance with the plant waste classification regulations.

12、进入车间有相关人员同意后方可进入，必须走安全通道且全程保证有工厂内部陪同人员在旁，进入工厂期间需严格遵循工厂信息保密原则，外来人员不得在车间工作区对工厂内部人员，设备，文件以及其他相关生产资料进行拍照和摄影、不得长时间逗留观看阻碍生产，参观结束后续跟随陪同人员一同离开车间等相关敏感区域；

Entry into the workshop is permitted only with approval from relevant personnel. Visitors must stay within the designated safety walkways and shall be accompanied by an onsite factory staff member at all times. During the tour, visitors shall strictly obey the factory's informationconfidentiality rules. External personnel are prohibited from photographing or videotaping factory employees, equipment, documents and other productionrelated materials within workshop work areas. Loitering or activities obstructing production are not allowed. After the visit is over, visitors shall leave the workshop and other sensitive areas accompanied by the escorting staff.

13、如要在车间施工，高空作业、动火作业、电气作业须填写相应的作业申请表，有安全管理人员同意认可后方可作业；

High-altitude work, hot work and electrical work require corresponding operation application forms and safety management personnel approval.

14、不得将随车铁质器件随意乱放在车间地面之上，经过防护后无损坏地面因素和无阻塞安全通道方可放置或放在车上；

Support fixtures must not be arbitrarily placed on the workshop floor. They can only be placed down after ensuring there is no damage to the floor and no obstruction to safety passages.

15、必须严格执行作业审批制度，未经许可严禁进行有限空间等危险作业；

The work approval system must be strictly enforced, and unauthorized dangerous work such as in confined spaces is prohibited.

16、外来供应商经过安全管理人员培训，知道相关安全管理细则后，在工作过程中不听从安全管理人员（现场指挥人员）劝解或指挥，明知故犯者，根据《秦皇岛总装厂安全环境奖励考核办法》给予考核。

After receiving safety training and understanding rules, external suppliers who don't follow safety management regulations will be assessed according to the QinHuangDao Final Assembly Plant Safety and Environment Reward and Assessment Policy.
