如果你足够积极活跃、充满激情、具有想象力、善于分享，又乐于帮助参观者一同探索、发现、思考与理解“上海种子”多元的理念和内涵，欢迎你成为首届“Shanghai Project | 上海种子”导览团队的一员！ 与其他文化艺术活动不同，“上海种子”更注重跨学科的探讨与多层面的体验；这将给导览员们带来挑战与考验——你需要具备更综合的知识与更全面的素养才能“驾驭”包罗万象的内容。当然，在此过程中，作为导览员，你的视界也将被无限打开，经验值激增……
除了导览员，“上海种子”还将招募志愿者，为来自全球各地的参观者们提供优质服务，致力于为公众创建一个良好的观展氛围。志愿者的服务工作包括但不限于：现场引导、票务服务、展场维护、接受咨询、现场调研、处理紧急情况等。

For its inaugural edition, the Shanghai Project is looking for active, enthusiastic and imaginative individuals interested in helping visitors discover the world of our future and sharing the enlightenment by encouraging them to look, explore, question, and understand a plethora of ideas laid out by the Shanghai Project.Different from other art and culture events, the Shanghai Project emphases more on interdisciplinary discourses and multifarious cultural experiences, for which it requires comprehensive capacity from the docents while also offering an opportunity to receive and learn in a much broader scope.
Apart from docents, a large number of volunteers are needed to offer service and facility for visitors from all over the world.Volunteers’ job include but are not limited to guiding, ticketing, onsite maintain, reply to inquiries, making survey, dealing with emergent cases etc.
