Speech Evaluation Questionnaire for Guest Evaluators

Thank you for being our guest evaluator! Please watch Speech A (Boiled Shrimp) and Speech B (Mingsha Mountain & Crescent Spring before scoring. Each criterion is out of 20 points, with 5 criteria per speech, for a total maximum score of 100 points per speech. The scoring rubric is as follows: 5 — Excellent (17–20 points), 4 — Good (13–16 points), 3 — Satisfactory (9–12 points), 2 — Fair (5–8 points), 1 — Needs Improvement (0–4 points).
