CMS Customer Satisfaction Survey (2019 Q2)
Dear Customers, 
This is the 2nd Customer Satisfaction Survey of our company in 2019. Your opinion or suggestion is very important and helpful to help us improve our product and service ability. 
CSSC Marine Service Co.,Ltd.(CMS) is the exclusive service platform of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, and is authorized by Hudong Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd.(HHM) and CSSC-MES Diesel Co.,Ltd.(CMD) as the exclusive supplier for original spare parts and services during the life-cycle of your engine. It is also CMS to handle the warranty claims/services from the delivery of your vessel delivered from shipyard. 
CMS is also authorized by WinGD as service company to provide OEM spare parts and to offer filed service, overhaul and remanufacturing services, technical support, consults and upgrades, training and other aftersales services for all WinGD products(Brand of WinGD, Wartsila, and Sulzer 2-stroke engine) since Dec.20th 2017.
