欢迎报考国家大剧院管弦乐团2025年演奏员招聘考试。在填写报名表之前，请仔细阅读如下须知：

1. 此报名表为2025年乐团招聘考试唯一报名方式。在成功提交报名表之后，乐团将向报名表所填写电子邮箱地址发送回执以确认报名成功。请确保所填写邮箱地址可用，并将乐团邮箱地址hr@ncpao.com添加至收件人白名单。

2. 请确保所填报信息及证件真实、准确。任何形式的信息作假或证件伪造都是不可被接受的，并可能导致应聘人丧失应聘资格。

3. 每位应聘人只限提交一次报名表。如出现重复提交，乐团将以最初收到的报名信息为准。报名表提交后，将无法进行修改，请于填写时仔细核对各项目，确保无误后再进行提交。如在提交报名表后需对报名信息进行修订，请通过招聘公告所列电子邮箱地址同乐团取得联系。

Welcome to the application platform for NCPA Orchestra 2025 Audition. Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your application: 

1. This platform is the only place to submit an audition application for NCPA Orchestra's Audition for 2025. When you successfully submit an application, the orchestra will send an email to the address included in the application form to confirm. Please make sure the e-mail address you provided is valid and make sure to put hr@ncpao.com in the recipient white list.

2. Please make sure that the information and certificates submitted are authentic and accurate. Any form of misinformation or forgery is unacceptable, and may lead to the disqualification of the applicant.

3. Each applicant can only submit one application. If there are repeated submissions, the orchestra will only accept the one that comes first. When submitted, the application cannot be modified. Please make sure to double-check before submission. If it's absolutely necessary to modify any information submitted, please contact the orchestra office through email address hr@ncpao.com.
