Research Questionnaire: Determinants of Organisational Performance in Private Higher Education Institutions in Guangdong Province



Dear Participant,


This survey examines how transformational leadership, transactional leadership, teaching efficacy, and strategic agility are associated with organisational performance in private higher education institutions in Guangdong Province, China. Participation is voluntary. The questionnaire does not collect your name, staff number, or the name of your institution. Your responses will be used only for academic research and analysed in aggregate. You may stop at any time without penalty. The questionnaire takes approximately 8–10 minutes.
