WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc. (the “WuXi Biologics”, “Company” or “we”) is interested in hearing your opinion on the Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) issues that matter the most to our business and stakeholders. The purpose of this materiality assessment questionnaire is to collect your evaluation and comment to our ESG topics. The assessment result will be used to guide our ESG reporting and sustainability development.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("SEHK") issued a consultation paper on the "Guidelines for Environmental, which specified listed company must disclose the ESG (Environment, Society and Governance, hereinafter referred to as "ESG") information, and in ESG data, issuers should identify and report on key areas of environmental and social impacts and key performance indicators (see Part 2: Important ESG issues), including the issue of the issuer's business having significant environmental and social impacts.
