【调研背景 / Background】南京正成为外籍患者青睐的“健康目的地”：江苏省人民医院、鼓楼医院、省中医院等国际医疗部近年持续承接多国复杂诊疗；南京明基医院（台资·JCI）设台胞医疗服务中心，泰康仙林鼓楼医院国际医疗部累计服务 60+ 国家。公开资料显示，2025 年全国重点涉外医院接诊国际患者约 128 万人次（较三年前 +73.6%），240 小时过境免签、S2 医疗签证、国际商保直付等配套持续完善。本问卷聚焦这一类人群在“语言翻译、跨境协调、远程安排、支付与信任”上的特殊需求，并特别纳入南京场景。

Nanjing is emerging as a preferred 'health destination' for foreign patients, with international departments at major hospitals and Taiwan-invested JCI-accredited BenQ Hospital. Publicly reported data show ~1.28M international patients at major涉外 hospitals in China in 2025 (+73.6%). This survey focuses on language, cross-border coordination, remote arrangement, payment and trust needs, with Nanjing-specific scenarios included.
