Questionnaire on Teaching Feedback of High School Subject Teachers
Dear teachers, The strengthening of class practice and learning practice is one of the most important tasks of high school. We sincerely request that you answer the following questions to help us create a favorable learning atmosphere. According to the information you provide, the Director's Office, together with the homeroom teachers, is going to educate the students and ask the parents to assist in our education. The information you provide will also serve as an important reference for awards, course election, disciplinary procedures, etc.
