研究生面試工作指引 一、 目的1. 本指引及研究生面試工作旨在提升報讀學生的質量;2. 面試是保證研究生入學質量的重要環節,也是樹立學校形象、擴大學校影響的重要活動,故主持面試老師務必嚴肅認真、客觀公正的對待每一位面試考生。二、 原則1. 打分須注意公平公正、平衡一致,避免偏好、前後不一 等偏差,嚴禁營私舞弊。2. 打分須按照評分表的各項內容,從人文素養、事業心、理論知識和技能、科研能力、創新精神、協作性、心理健康等多方面全面考察。3. 特殊才能加分須特別審慎,如加分,須說明理由。4. 請客觀填寫面試評語,並寫明是否建議錄取。5. 最終的面試成績爲各面試老師打分的平均分,錄取决定應遵循從高分到低分的基本原則,由學院和學校共同審核確定。6. 對面試程序和結果有異議,可向研究生處反映,由大學負責教學的副校長組織復議。7. 應選派具有研究生指導資格的老師擔任評委;對在招生工作中違反有關規定,徇私舞弊,給招生工作造成損失的人員,根據大學相關規定及視情節輕重給予嚴肅處理。8. 對在報考、面試及考試中有違規行爲的考生,不論何時,一經查實,即按有關規定取消報考資格、錄取資格或學籍。Guidelines for Interview AssessmentA. Purpose1. This guideline and the graduate interview are designed to improve the quality of students;2. Interview is not only an important factor to ensure the quality of students, but also to establish the image and to expand the impact of our university. Teachers are required seriously, objectively and impartially treat every candidate.B. Principle1. Assessment should pay attention to fairness, balance and consistency, avoid preferences, inconsistent and other deviations, and strictly prohibit fraud.2. Assessment should be based on the contents of the assessment form, from the humanistic literacy, career, theoretical knowledge and skills, research ability, innovation ability, collaboration ability, mental health and other aspects of a comprehensive study.3. Special talent bonus points must be particularly prudent and if points are added, reasons must be given.4. Please fill out the interview comments objectively and state whether or not to recommend admissions.5. The final interview score is the average score for each interview teacher, and the admission decision should follow the basic principle of high to low score, which is jointly reviewed by the Faculty and the University.6. Any objection to the interview procedure and the results may be reported to the Graduate School, and the vice-rector responsible for the academic shall organize the review.7. Interview teachers shall have the qualification of postgraduate thesis supervision. Any fraud for personal gain or misbehavior in the recruitment process and cause losses to the recruitment work shall be dealt with seriously in accordance with the relevant regulations of the university.8. If candidates are found for committing any irregularities in the application, examination or interview, the examination qualification, admission qualification or student status will be suspended.
