Workshop and Discussion: Process definition and KPI identification.  Talk through process and what matters to the business for each step, how to measure in a targeted way.  Deliverable;  process and output KPI to be reviewed, managed  (potentially 1 hr needed for this, unless already clear for everyone)3. Presentation:  Project tracker structure, an overview using simple excel tools (30 min)Workshop:  Tactical program management, standard work update methods, and assigning ownership (1 hr.  mapping process ownership is pre-requisite for this)
