1. all PFD members   for their outstanding value creation to docomo group in terms of 3GPP standardization, commercialization of RANDD, platform and document transference to 5GL& DII, service support of CST& SID, simulation environment optimization of DBL, etc.

2. JIANG,Yu       WANG, Jing    WANG, Xin        ZHAO, Qun   for their contributions in improvements of recruiting procedures and good evaluation and suggestions to the management members.

3.ZHANG,Chi  ZHONG, Yan  for their challenges and efforts made for decent achievements even under tougher conditions

4. ZHANG, Hong     XIE, Jingchao   for their initiatives to promote digitalization of the office environment in a short period of time and cost-efficient manners. (Digitalization of paper documents by ZH, and the launch of Office365 and optimization of server managements by XJ) 

5. CAI, Liling  for her excellent optimization of IPR managements by a realization of the real time achievement management system and by analyzing the DBL performance status with the market trends, which enable DBL to make a prompt and prompt decision.

6. CAO, Bin  for his very active performance by improving recruiting process both of researcher/engineers and admin staff in very cost-efficient manners.  He also keeps making efforts to improve communications between different divisions by supporting a sport club activity and other company activities.

7. CHEN, Siyi  for his outstanding achievements and accuracy of system level simulations of MIMO.  He also actively involves colleagues not only of DBL but also the entire docomo group.

8.CHEN, Xiaohang  for his excellent performance by high level patents on MART and contributions by writing strong technical journals of which other organizations have quoted some.  He proves his capabilities and potentialities by his effective evaluation results. 

9.CHU, Liqiang for his continuous contributions to support research teams and to give effective trainings to colleagues on DBL as well as colleagues on 5G lab and DII.  Thus, the number of CSLSPF users increased dramatically and the platform itself created big values for DBL.

10.FEI, Hao for his outstanding creating values to DBL by optimizing DBL's platform resources and visualization usages of the resources.  His achievements will also help continuing enhancement of our assets in future.  He also contributes to our image recognition research with SID in terms of not only HASH/CNN coding but also their algorism and evaluation methodologies in such a short period of time.

11.LI, Anxin for his prompt adaption to be a head both of PFD and CST.  His wide-minded views from company perspective helps the establishment of a new organization, our training scheme for new employees, and expansions of values and collaboration with SID.

12.MU, Qin for her high performance proven by her proficiency and knowledge of the detailed 3GPP specifications especially in control channel.  Her knowledge sharing with colleagues in the entire docomo group helps to enhance their qualities of each of the patents and contributions.

13.WANG, Lihui for her highest ever achievements including essential IPRs and 3GPP contributions especially in LTE LR standardization work as well as her great efforts on cross-group collaboration and educating new DBL colleagues.

14.WANG, Runxin for his excellent five-star evaluations for channel coding standardization as the 1st benchmark as an operator.  His works supports to promote docomo's wills to promote 3GPP standardization activities.

15.WANG, Xin  for his successful 5G trial work in comparably tough environments.

16.YUAN, Hao for his initiatives in business trip arrangement（flight and hotel arrangement, visa, insurance, internal approval procedures and settlements）in very cost efficient manner.  He also contributes to realize docomo's work-life balance environment by managing attendance records and analysis under tough pressure.
