Finding: Beside IMP HC09 tool, GSD tool vendor pull N2 gun tube line into their machine but didn't secure the N2 tube to floor which has trip hazard.Action: Communicate with GSD tool vendor, they secure the N2 line with tap on floor and barricade from our tool.

Finding: parts store on the floor directly without cushionAction: require to customer put the PVC cushion on the floor

Finding: Many machines and operation areas lacking barricadeAction: Cummunicate with customer, now bring a lot of safety cones and barricaded

Finding: Around C00348 area, there is one customer vendor doing the floor opening work, but the barricate was not properly enclosed all their working area. Passing through that area might have the falling risk and cause injure.Action: Immediately told them to stop work and fully cover their working area with barricate

Finding: Other vendor maintained their tool and placed the parts and tool kits that occupied HDP05 maintenance area when we were T/SAction: Request them to clean up the area and perform 6S

Finding: Customer Vendor raise floor but not barricaded when they cross-work in HC07 Tool region, this could result seriously personal falling down. Action: Call their working duty supervisor to barricade the hole and sign-off cross-work permit.

Finding: There is a piece of floor opened by customer vendor next to CMP tool area without barricade or anyone standby.Action: Ask vendor stop working and fully barricade.
