Questionnaire for Starbucks

My research intend to work out the Chinese customers' impression of Starbucks and the new trend of coffee industry in China.This questionnaire aims to know well about your coffee experience in China.The personal information which I obtain during this research will be treated with respect and assured of its confidentiality anonymity of participants throughout the research. It will be deleted or destroyed at the end of the research.
