Dear Participant, My name is Wen Hao, the project researcher. I am currently doing a research for an academic project in pragmatics. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the EFL&ESL acquisition on the Compliment Response (CR) of Chinese learner in the perspective of intercultural pragmatics transfer.If you agree to participate in my study, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire containing several compliment situations which should take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete.For this questionnaire is designed for a linguistic research, any of your response is considered acceptable for further analysis and study.Thank you for your precious collaboration and assistance in this research.
