Q3:I feel more positive towards the Chinese policy now it has been framed as a Chinese when you need to for learning purposes rather than a No Chinese policy.因为新的规则是个“只在你真的需要的时候才可以使用中文”，而不是一个“不许说中文”的规则，我对此规则更有好感。
