:Introduction:Priority Strategy is also named Time Management that sort affairs from the two dimensions of importance and urgency (see Figure 1). It is used to sequence affairs and it is widely to use as a management tool. But the priority strategy just sequence the affairs, and cannot solve the affairs themselves.[图片1]Figure 1. Time Management MatrixUnder the perspective of result orientation from solving affairs, this paper proposes Capability as the third dimension in Priority Strategy, so that the sequence results can be better optimized.
