(hereinafter referred to as “SJM”) is conducting a survey for opinion collection and training education through the website www.wenjuan.com. You acknowledge that the employer collects, uses, stores and processes your relevant data, including identification data and other data related to your occupation or skills, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 8/2005) of the Macau Special Administrative Region and other relevant laws. This data will only be used for internal data analysis, related education, statistics, as well as to comply with government requirements. All employees involved in processing this survey must adhere to this privacy policy. Q5:頭髮必須保持整齊，劉海必須保持在眼眉以上，以展示整潔形象。Hair must be well cut, in a neat manner Your fringe must be kept above the eyebrows for a polish look.

Q6:髮色應該自然髮色、深棕色至黑色髮；所有染髮須保持同一髮色，不可帶有挑染。Natural hair color，dark brown to black; Dyed hair must be kept in the same colour tone (i.e. no highlights).

Q7:妝容時刻保持整潔乾淨面容。女同事妝容顏色須與膚色相宜，口紅、胭脂、眼部妝容均不應過份誇張；男同事需每日刮鬍，若有蓄鬍需定期修剪整齊、輪廓清晰。Maintain a clear complexion at all times. Simple Make-up is only accepted to maintain a refresh and clean look, no heavy Make-up for female staffs; Male staff must be clean-shaven daily, and if wearing a beard or mustache, it must be neatly trimmed with clear contours.

Q9:允許簡樸藝術指甲，指甲油顏色不過份誇張（如閃片、卡通等）。Nail Polish: Unchipped and restricted to neutral colors or clear coats if permitted (no glitter or cartooned.)

Q10:適量使用古龍水或香水，不顯露紋身及閃粉等。Moderate use of perfume, No Glitter or sparkles.

Q11:制服展現合身而整齊的形象（鬆緊大小恰度好處）,必須保持熨平整齊，不帶污漬。Uniform is cut and designed to give a flattering, tapered fit (i.e. not too tight or too loose), always be well pressed and free of stains. 

Q12:未經公司或部門政策指示，不可在制服外露的部分同時穿著個人衣物 。You are not permitted to appear in public wearing parts of the uniform with personal clothing, unless otherwise stated in specific company or department policies.

Q13:工作時名牌必須佩戴於制服左上方清楚可見的位置。Name badge must be visible when in uniform at work. Position shall be on the upper left portion of the uniform.

Q14:工作鞋必須按部門要求保持良好狀態,且符合部門安全規範（如防滑鞋、包頭包鞋等，如適用）。Shoes must be maintained in good condition according to departmental requirements and comply with departmental safety standards (such as slip-resistant shoes, closed-toe shoes, etc., as applicable).

Q15:展現合身而整齊的形象（鬆緊大小恰度好處）,必須保持熨平整齊，不帶污漬。Uniform is cut and designed to give a flattering, tapered fit (i.e. not too tight or too loose), always be well pressed and free of stains.

Q16:名牌須佩戴於衣服最外層的左上方位置，或必要時應使用純深色掛繩來裝套並展示員工證。Name badge must be visible when in uniform at work. Position shall be on the upper left portion of the uniform or visibly display the staff ID by lanyard wherever necessary. Plain dark colored lanyard is acceptable.

Q17:不可穿著牛仔褲、短褲或短袖恤衫，可穿著商務休閒風格之著裝。No jeans, shorts or and T-shirts to be worn at any time, business casuals are accepted.

Q18:顏色必須與西裝相搭配，建議選擇純色。Colours must compliment the jacket worn. Plain colours are recommended. 

Q19:制服同事不可佩戴任何被視爲不合適或過多的配飾 非制服同事應確保所佩戴之配飾能襯託其優雅和專業的形象。Uniformed colleagues shall be required to remove any items of jewellery that are considered inappropriate, unsuitable or excessive. Non-uniformed colleagues should ensure any types of accessories worn shall complement their elegant and professional image.  

Q20:儀態：直挺站立，保持平直及正確坐姿,展現專業形象。Stand up straight，Sit straight to show the professional image anytime.

Q21:所有同事在公共區域或客人面前均不可使用個人手提電話。All colleagues are not allowed to use their personal mobile phone in public areas or in presence of guests.
