填写说明1.本问卷用于新一年度定期复训地面理论课程修订前及EBT模拟机课程开发前的训练需求调查，面向公司全体飞行员，匿名填写，旨在收集飞行员对课程的反馈意见，所有数据仅用于课程开发与训练改进，不与个人绩效、晋级、检查挂钩。2.请根据近12个月的实际运行与训练经历作答。3.全卷预计13-15分钟完成，感谢支持！1.This survey collects training needs before development of revision of 2027 recurrent ground theory courses and EBT simulator courses. It is open to all company pilots and completed anonymously.
